remarks on archaeological context | Body covered by an inverted pot. The spine laid in three sections, the central section was at right angles to the other two. The pot was almost filled with clean sand. Two small vases were found against the east side of the pot. It seems that the burial pot had been filled with sand and the body was placed on the top. Subsequently the whole pot was inverted. |
